BRP Announces Reorientation of Global Marine Business and Discontinuation of Evinrude E-TEC and E-TEC G2 engines’ Production
We are very sorry to announce that BRP will no longer be manufacturing the Evinrude Outboard.
This comes as a huge shock not only to us but the marine trade and came with no warning. We have had the pleasure of working with Evinrude for over 30 years. But we are pleased to say that we will continue to honour and support any customers with parts, accessories and servicing for many years to come.

Subject: Reorientation of BRP Global Marine Business – warranty obligations and parts supply
Dear Evinrude Dealers and Distributors,
Following the communication you received yesterday regarding the reorientation of BRP global marine business, we would like to reiterate that BRP will honour its obligations under its manufacturer’s limited warranties and extended service contracts.
We will continue to supply customers and dealers network service parts as needed to meet these obligations. Our teams will continue to work with key suppliers and dealers to ensure the availability of service parts required to perform the recommended services and maintenance of Evinrude outboard
engines. Thank you for your business and for being part of the Evinrude network.
